Mornin. Two and a half cups of coffee, and nearly two hours on the phone with carnival cruise lines later... honeymoon cruise has been booked! Managed to get all the laundry and dishes done during this phone call as well.

Pedals were desintegrated but had full tread, no seat wear (bolsters), no engine wear (was no carbon and cylinders werent shredded, looked showroom new). The thing hasnt seen six figures and the last regi sticker jives with the last oil change records. Thing got parked for 40 years. Probably the usual story of the husband dying and the little old lady leaving it in the barn. Dad seeks those ones out and at least salvages the engines if the body is too far gone. He has racks of scout and corvair engines in the garage ready for transplant, maybe 20 of em.. even the one that I was in the crash with. Shits cursed, I don’t know why he kept that thing.

Ugh... painting project delayed another week. The other child has the "C". Going to see if I can scrap together some work for the week.

 

Kids are little petri dishes. Hopefully you can find something to do..
