Yosemite Sam "back off" tow hitch cover.

I just installed a Sherpa roof rack on the cab of my truck. I was going to get Sherpa’s “Crows Nest” roof rack to put on my RSI Smartcap, but it looks like the rack on top of the canopy would be taller than the rack on the cab. I only want to get the canopy rack if it aligns with the cab rack. Has anyone installed a rack on a RSI Smartcap and their cab? If so, how well did the two roof racks align?
