Do you happen to have LED bulbs? I didn’t see any mention in the posts. If you do, they might be connected backwards… not gonna say how I know, just that I’ve seen it… :anonymous:

If the HIGH beams work at an odd setting it most likely isn't the lamps inverted.:D

Battery to fuse (High & LOW Beams)
Fuses to relay- fuse to left & right lamps.
Combination (rotary/momentary and locking switch) switch to ground.
Main Body ECU intercepts circuits to shut off if left ON after engine OFF.

Surprised nobody mentioned the auto highbeam function. Are you aware of how to turn this on and off? There is a button that makes the high-beams turn off automatically if the car senses that there are oncoming vehicles or sufficient lighting. Could this be your problem?

Ok to follow up on this since many people tried to help and maybe it will help somebody in the future. Special thanks to Caribe Makaira.

I looked thru every fuse and they were ok.
I changed relays but that didn’t fix the issue.
Took apart and cleaned connectors and plugs.
Problem was my auto start harness that had a loose recessed pin. I pushed the pin in and reconnected the harness and everything works fine. Now credit for that goes to guys from N2 Design that spend a lot of time working with me on this and some other unrelated issues. In today’s world of just swapping parts or not having support it was a nice change to have someone behind you helping you out and figuring out a problem.
