I had a 2nd gen Tacoma while in high school. I found my self back in a Tacoma a few days ago while at the dealer and ended up pulling the trigger on it. 2020 Tacoma trd off-road. Any mod suggestions that I can do to it? Or any suggestions in general? Glad to be apart of the community again!

Welcome back, you should get it tuned. Definitely one of my favorite things I have done with my truck.

Congrats! Great looking truck. My first mods included an LED upgrade to all interior lights which was extremely handy as I find the lights from the factory ineffective. I'd also recommend the KDMax tune to awaken the 3.5L and make the car drive like it should have come from the factory. The tune was definitely the best bang for the buck so far. Installing an aftermarket intake and exhaust on the truck are popular options, and I have the Injen intake and Borla exhaust on mine, but don't expect power gains. It really just makes your truck sound like a truck. :) Have fun!

That's the great thing about a Tacoma. Leave it stock, add a few mods, or go all out. It's up to you.
I tinted the 2 front windows, installed a BakFlip G2 tonneau cover, and added a bed mat to my 2020 OR. It already had OEM tube steps and mud flaps.
Personally, I'm good with the stock wheels and tires, but that's a popular mod.
It's all up to your taste, and your wallet.

SSO hybrid bumper, Warn winch, RCI skid trilogy, RRW sliders, everything in the cheap/free mods thread, and of course the frame recall work.
Welcome back. First, the 3rd gen is a really good offroad truck. Not a sports car, not a work truck, so plan your experience accordingly.

Lots of great items to start with in the sticky threads. Read them, tackle the easy stuff first. Drive your truck. Take it offroad. It is very capable as-is. What didn't go well? Fix that, otherwise leave it alone.

1 - Tune. Orange Virus 91 octane tune was the best thing I did.
    2 - A/C drain fix
3 - Drive it offroad, learn the various modes that the electronics can provide. I call mine Galadriel because she is beautiful, at home in the woods, and full of magic. Learn the modes and try them.
4 - Read the tips & tricks to find out cool features and how they can work.
5 - Read the lift options and opinions before you do anything. So many choices.
6 - Read up on the DIY maintenance. It is very easy to work on this truck.

welcome and just do some small things like led interior bulbs or something similar like that.

for now just drive the truck and get used to it.

i regret some of my first buying descions cause then i upgraded from those. so i lost some money. i did leaf blocks, then add a leaf, and then finally a full new leaf pack.

do it right the first time.
