It's fine as a little won't hurt. I get a little on mine and just wash it off on its weekly wash. It's running a little on the rich side

    Oh look, another mod....
Black deposits in the exhaust system are caused by carbon from unburned fuel. A very small amount of this is normal, as no system is 100% efficient. Heavy soot however indicates a rich condition or misfiring. This could also cause premature failure of your catalytic converter and O2 sensors.

Black exhaust smoke can appear when the vehicle is burning too much fuel. This could be caused by a clogged air filter, malfunctioning fuel injection system, a blocked manifold, or a variety of other issues

My exhaust tip will be like that if i use premium grade fuel. Truck runs worse to. With 87 its a light orange/gray.

I seriously doubt it. I run a JLT catch can and it has reduced mine which isn't too bad. I run 93 octagon, also a KDMAX Pro tune so that has been the most help.
