Give em a beer and a pizza. Bingo.

Note: take your shocks off before you unbolt the leaves and make sure that axle is supported, you don't want your brake lines holding the way to that thing up

I have the 112R and got 3" lift in the back however when I put ~700lbs of gear in the box that dropped to 1.5". Because I usually have that much weight in the back I was thinking of adding an AAL but my local shop recommended Pacbrake air bags.

How tight should the retaining clips be? I'm checking mine currently and they are pretty loose. Is there a torque spec or make them as tight as I can get them? Thanks

Has anyone run these with Bilstein 5100 ? I am planning on the medium duty but wondering if the 5100 will be ok or if I should get the extended 5100, RCD B110??

The 5100 is technically okay but if you can get one with a few inches of extra travel, I would do it.

I run The heavy pack with the B110 and wheelers super bumps. Also run the extended +4 break lines from wheelers as well. It has been a great combo for me with a leer shell and slide out drawers, roof rack and tent on top.

Has anyone with the HD Dakar pack converted it to the medium? I currently have the HD but have removed my shell and rtt so no longer need it. From what I've read, I just need to remove the third leaf from the top to convert my set into a medium. Has anyone moved one of the bottom two overload leafs as well?? I feel like I might need to as I have crazy rake now and a really stiff ride.

I went the opposite way and before I did had a considerable sag with the MDs with nothing in the back. Also, running Bilstien 5160 rear and 6112 top clip up front

I'm thinking of doing the same because I also have pacbrake air bags and it rides like a brick. Thinking the leaf pack is taking up more space than the air bags like.

Damn really? That sounds crazy, here is how mine is sitting now. Pic 2 is with the DB cover that's about 70 pounds, other than that there's nothing else in the bed. It's a little deceiving as I'm parked on a slight incline in that pic. Just from looking at the rear wheel well I feel like I could lose a good 2 inches before hitting bro lean territory.

Jus the shell nothing in my bed. My MDs were shaped like a big saggy W

I did this on my Tacoma. Pretty sure it was the 3rd leaf I took out. Left the overloads though. Put in a small block to maintain ride height. Ride comfort improved DRAMATICALLY.

Just ordered 2 leaf packs from separate online sources. They both said OME Dakar Heavy Duty. I got the new ones from Amazon and they say EL112R which should be the new part number designation. the other pack is coming from Extreme Terrain as they were take offs and I got them for $140. Neither said either passenger or drivers side and now I'm worried that one of them is wrong. Are there specific sides for these? I haven't seen ANYTHING anywhere that says they go on either side of the truck.

I haven’t seen anywhere that specified ordering a Dr or passenger side. Hoping I get the correct one that I just ordered.
