Damn.

 

The wheel well shape is perfect, looks like it shouldn't fit but with the right backspacing, boom you stay in those huge wheel tubs just fine

 

Not advocating for a picture evrey 45 seconds, but I'm realizing I should have taken more on some trips over the years.

 

I think there can be a happy medium, I like stopping to take a picture here and there, but too frequent pisses me off. I still wanna bomb a trail and not have to worry about slamming the brakes and ruining rig spacing so someone can get a picture of a jagged rock.

That’s exactly what caught my eye. After having to trim all the sheet metal on the Taco, I’m more than a little jealous!

Gotta let the picture taker be the tail gunner, I guess. But I can see how that’s a problem when you’re out with Dan and Monte and Mike

 

Really you just have to have Dan and Monte in the rear, Mike understands the joys of the actual driving part haha. Dude can outrun me and he's got 51 years on me lol

 

They all seem like good dudes. I’ve always wanted to meet Mike and shake his hand for all his help when I first got on TW. Monte too, for that matter.

 

They're all great guys and lifelong friends for sure, some just have annoying picture taking addictions haha. Ben too, well he's better these days about pictures at least.

 

I'm really doing this drone thing because I actually can get in more wheeling by traveling alone than being with a group that does make pictures. Not that I don't like groups, but I like to go out more often than most and I can travel fast.

Not that the quality is anything good, but I do enjoy going back and looking at some dashcam footage that I recorded on a solo trip down Black Bear last summer.

I'm hoping to improve the quality of this summer's trip.
