On both sides or one? That's important.

If you pop out your tie rods from the ball joints and make sure your rack is centered (spin it from lock to lock and count the turns and divide by two to find how many to turn and have the wheel and rack be centered) and spin your tie rods until they go into the ball joints with equal threads showing on both sides abs the wheels relatively straight (0* toe) you’ll be good for any alignment shop to do it. It'll move when you pull on the tie rods - you always have to tie it to the seat when removing the steering from the spindles / lower ball joints.

Will the alignment shop be able to square it or do I have too? I’m going in tomorrow for one

Depends on how much they're willing to do or know how to do. Sounds like your steering is way off to one side.

Where are you taking it - this stuff is really pretty simple once you take it apart and try to figure it out. You can't break anything if you just use common sense and you'll pick it up quickly if you were able to install the kit on your own.

Yes Im sure I could do my own alignment I just don’t have the time I just started school again so I’m busy with that and I’m fulltime. I did put the kit on myself it’s fairly easy I didn’t think that the steering wheel would move honestly

Yeah as soon as you undo one tie rod it's going to rotate (with nothing holding it in place) or even just when you're drooping out your frontend.

Well if this shop can't do it, then go to RPM Garage in Monrovia - they're not cheap but work on a lot of Toyotas

It doesn’t matter that it’s long travel. It matters that it’s likely your steering had been progressively moving one way or another over the course of the vehicle’s life and several times alignment techs didn’t even things out side to side - it could have happened if you put on another stock length kit and your steering wheel wasn’t kept centered while you did it which was the straw that broke the camel’s back so to speak as far as running out of adjustment on one side. But it’s super simple, just watch the Timmy Toyota Time video and see how they do it. The rack needs to be centered and then the tie rods need to be matched. Worst case scenario is confirming that the steering wheel is centered, disconnecting the rag joint, and recentering the rack and then redoing the tie rods as if you were installing a new rack like they do in the video. It’s just 4 parts moving that need to be set up correctly (steering column, rack, abs two tie rods). That and matching your cam bolts on either side before you do all that to make sure it’s all even side to side.

    RPM costs $150.

Don't know if anyone here would know, but I've got some junkyard OEM Tundra CV axles for my truck that I've modified for LT. Outer CV joint feels great, no binding or clicking of any sort, but the inner CV joint feels like it's binding on something internal. I've got the other 2 inner CV axles completely degreased and I'll be throwing them, back together in the AM once they dry out. I'm hoping it's just bad grease since new OEM axles are nearly 450 bucks a piece.
