I like when you watch the thread when there is a drop. New TW Guy finds SCS and has to have SCS. New Guy Loves SCS. New Guy brags about his new found loves. New Guy waits, saves and waits. New Guy waits. New Guy waits and wait and waits. New Guy sees the drop information. New Guy stocks up on Red Bull and Meth. New Guy forgets to feed kids waiting for drop! New Guys waits waits waits!!! New Guy Puts 4 wheels in cart, wait, SOLD OUT!!!!!! HOW CAN THAT BE!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!! New Guy hates SCS. New Guy Bad mouths SCS. New Guy bad mouths lucky SCS owners. New Guy cries. New Guy

This is why I would rather starve a little to wait to feast. Although I am the worst to talk to about this. I am a wheel whore. I would run a couple sets of different types of setups if I could afford it. I don't think we should be limited to making a single choice and then having to live with it forever. What if you make the wrong choice . I sorta feel that way about my OEM Pro wheels. They were really nice. I feel like I would have only replaced them for what I have now. But maybe not. Had a different, equally insanely low priced deal come along, I might have had to take that.

This is a lot of money for wheels. But if I had it, I might consider them. I might even re-paint my cap candy apple red to match. But I told you I was a wheel whore didn't I?

Wife & I was just talking about those 3, such a shame. Baltimore needs to do something about all those abandoned empty houses. I'm surprised you dont transfer to a station in the county where you live, probably a easier & safer job in the county. So sorry for your loss.

I love where I work, nowhere else in this country will you get the experience, pride, tradition & aggressive firefighting that Baltimore has.

The city used to have a “Code X-Ray” program that the FD would spray paint or post a giant red X on the condemned unsafe structures for firefighting.

City council members complained that it doesn’t look good for the real estate market…so it stopped.

My Dad is buried there along with his 2 co-workers, from the Shiller's furniture store fire in '84. It's always sad to see more names added to the memorial plaque, too many there already.

Interesting, that was my stomping grounds as a young kid. I grew up around Pikesville, had friends in Randallstown, Owings Mills, Finksburg and Rocks ( Harford County). My grandparents lived in Canton and Highlandtown ( literally across the street from the Natty Boh brewery) when they came from Poland in the '40's. I will occasionally drive by the row houses where they once lived, they would never have imagined that the city they loved would turn into the utter shit hole that it is now. I will always have the opinion that it's a shit hole because the middle class (blue color workers) have all been displaced, there is no more 'middle class' left there, no matter how much the fucking yuppies that make $100K+ year consider themselves to be 'working class'. Those fucks would never live the way my grandparents had to, they would turn their noses down on that standard of living. So no middle class leaves you with multiple levels of 'wealth' and everyone else that's supposed to kiss their asses.

I cant stand working in Baltimore city. The crime/theft is unreal. I'm older than you (I'm almost 50) and as I've gotten older I prefer the quiet simple life with less drama.

The MEDIAN household income in MD was $87,000 back in 2019, before the inflation that's been rampant since. You've got some oddly strong opinions about perfect strangers who earn not very crazy annual wages.

The last time that I purchased "custom" wheels, they were American Racing Outlaw II's... I've been out of the loop, LOL. I do like the look of a few Method's, but I honestly can't ever seeing myself spending $$ on that kind of stuff ever again.
