Pro is someone who is very good at something.
    Pro in Latin means FOR.
@CS_AR will have to confirm the good FOR vs. good AT regarding knob gobblers.

This is a common Toyota fake woodgrain trim issue in the Limiteds. This issue still persists nearly to present day, I fixed a 2010's Highlander with the same issue

@Blue92 you deal with AB alot more than I do.. just had our test stand motor starter fail and I'm trying to figure out their date code format. Does this mean anything to you? It's not a format I'm familiar with20220127_123251.jpg

So he blew the motor with a turbo and had it rebuilt? Also couldn’t the double cabs and later access cabs come with the 1GR? So no way to know if it even has the 2UZ based off his pictures. I could be wrong and all double cabs were V8s.

Best advice I’ve gotten is to replace “um” with silence. It sounds better when speaking out loud.

X2 a slight or awkward pause is much better than "ummmmmMmmm"

Also fun fact, different languages have different filler noises. I talked to people from all over the world in my job and it’s interesting to hear the differences. Spanish is an “ehhh” over an “uhhh” that we make. Asian-derived languages are sort of “ooooohhh” but it depends.

it is interesting to consider. I have worked with and interviewed absolutely brilliant people who suffered in their career simply because they couldn't convey ideas concisely or coherently... and I'd rather work with someone who can communicate better even if they aren't as clever because in the end more work gets done at a team level

I mean if this is the worst thing in Toyota's quality control I'm okay with that. But I'm going to try and find a new one. I wish @Kwikvette 's was the newer style I'd by it in a hart beat.
As for now crazy glue is holding.
