You could just install a small 12v compressor that you can fill them when needed. Might be cheaper until a bag fails.

I use Daystar cradles too. Work great. It takes 3 minutes to fill with a bike pump.

But it bugs the hell out of me to fill the airbags twice a week. I definitely don't maintain tire pressure that much. Reading through this thread, it does seem that mine leak faster than other folks. And it also seems that leaks are prevalent and hard to find. So I suppose that I should accept the product at this level of function or install progressive bump stops. Yes? No? Shut up?

For those that are having issues detecting small leaks, soapy water sometimes does not do the trick. I have to detect CNG and A/C leaks on vehicles from time to time and lots of air system leaks. On leaks that don't show with soapy water, something like this will help.

    dude…

rake definitely changes braking capability. Been there done that.

also, changing the stiffness of shocks changes braking because it affects the downward force applied to tires which transfers to the road… even tire pressure changes this

add 300lbs in the bed and go for a drive up a hill and you can definitely tell the steering is different as well as how the behavior of the front braking is, the vehicle wants to wander more because the front isn’t applying the same downward force to the pavement

    I’m a physics nut btw

no, you are good, mine lose pressure after a few days, but it only takes me 2 minutes to fill mine with a bike pump ;)
