I want to install these marker lights on my front fenders for a side blinker. They have a 2 prong connection and I'm wondering if these are made to just be a marker light or if they can blink with the blinkers. Don't I need 3 prongs, (1 ground, 1 power, and one to connect to the blinker wire)? The label does say side turn though. So maybe I am overthinking it.s-l1600 (5).jpg

Yes. Power, ground. 12v system. If it's fed post relay it can blink. Dep on where the feed is coming from.

i rewired my current lights so the amber light on the headlight blinks and not the one on the front fender. Then changed the fender light to a clear one so it could be a fog light. Blinks fsst but works great

If you want two functions, then I believe you would need 3 prongs. If you want it only as a turn signal then that would work, your power wire would just be the signal to blink.

There is a way to make it work as both, but I think you would need some to pull some tricks with relays.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You can make it a marker light or turn signal for both you need 3 wires .

You could make it double duty but till you did the electrical work cheaper to buy the light you want
