Hello all, 2nd post here. Good info.

Here's my situation, 2019 SR5 with 46,555 miles and my OEM tires Hancook P245/75R16 have about 1/3 tread left. Bought a 2012 Chevy Colorado at an auction and it has almost brand new tires P235/75R16 which I use only around the ranch, ie very low mileage and no highway speeds. So wondering if I can save a lot of money by swapping tires on the 2 trucks but keep the rims on their respective trucks. The speed and loading ratings are about the same.

    Thanks all,
    BCharley

It'll be good. Speedometer will read a tiny bit high. Might run an extra couple of psi in tires.
It WON'T screw up the computer or anti lock brakes.

That would work. Also would be a cheap regear. Load rating is the biggest thing to consider in your case, but I believe it should be fine.
