Last week i hit black ice, couldn't stop, and hit a tree. Passenger side wheel was bent out far. Already replaced the upper and lower control arms and the strut. Still not able to get it aligned and the sidewall of the tire rubs the spindle. Is it safe to assume it's bent?

Sounds like it. It typically bends before control arms so......

I bent mine in parking lot pothole. And you hit a tree? Yeah, it's probably bent. But, they were still able to re-align mine without doing much so, you may still be okay.
