My sister in law has been having a hell of a time with the Airbnb next door to her house in new orleans. Parties at all hours, her driveway is blocked in despite signage about the private drive, barrel bonfires in the street and such... She is pissed and has had to call them in on multiple occasions

 

Found the problem.

Finally finished setting all the tile on this shower (actually whole bathroom) remodel. Next up grout on the other two walls, shower glass and caulking the corners.

 

Can't hardly tell it even happened anymore.

stayed up at my friends house in silverthorne this weekend, drove the ten miles to copper and still got stuck in some BS traffic. some ass hat in a grey access cab third gen cut me off in line to the point where he was about to hit me so i went around him in the other lane drove about 1/2 a mile turned around and hit the parking lot from the other side. The idiot that cut me off was the first person turned around because the lot was full. Not sure if i have ever had instant karma feel that good

 

Anyone have recommendations for a decent trail tool kit?
