I haven't done anything with those folks for years. I'm still laughing about the time out at Cars n' Coffee, when I was talking to the only female member of the group, who had showed up before any of the others, and in true fashion for that group, parked away from our group. Three knuckleheads showed up and acted all big bro to me, basically "protecting" their gal from being "harassed". Dumbasses. As most married guys would tell you, one woman in my life is usually way more than enough, who needs more?

I almost did myself, when those plates, originally bought for my '11 Taco, came up for renewal. The first 10 years cost me $650, and that price jumped way up when MyPlates took over the business. But as the saying goes... "Spend your money and don't look back, 'cause you'll never see a hearse with a luggage rack."

That's a TSS Off Road. Anyone that knows me knows I rarely/never go off road...

I reposted this over on the TTC page of the Tundra forum. Hopefully, someone will know, and things get made right.

Anybody here good with easy outs?

I have a brass jet that whoever the previous grease monkey that owned this bike was, jacked it up and stripped half of it in my carb.

Yikes. One thing you may run into is that the brass is softer than the easy out and may not extract it. You may have to attempt drilling it, but that has it's own possible problems.

Yeah, I’ve seen a couple people do it on YouTube, but honestly I’m 2/4 on my stainless attempts and if I Fuck up I have to get a whole new carb body

Exactly, you FU the threads on the jet mount and there is no oversize threaded jets to move to. New body, $$$$

A little something every chance we get.
Check this thread for folks headed to Hidden Falls, and see if you can meet and join in. Not a club, per se.

Texas Toyota Coalition get togethers seem more active on FB than the TW group it started with. Join here: Toyotas in Texas is a large group you can ask to join the FB pages for details. Lots of 4 wheel folks from all over the state - many off road get togethers.

Texas Overland FB group is pretty good as well. There's just waaaay more people there so it's pretty spread out on where things happen. Also look into the Lonestar Toyota Jamboree in late April, it's one of the best Toyota inspired offroad events in the state...maybe even country. Usually a whole gang of us from Austin area go to it. https://www.lonestartoyotajamboree.com/

Got to meet @Tynan today at the Spokes first autocross event of the season in Hutto. Seemed like it was a mini Taco meet as there were a few others in the lot. I didn't have mine, though. LOL...
