Id love to make that one even though I’m out of Birmingham. I think there’s 3 riders out of Atlanta in this thread.

I don't remember if I posted the 1st picture from a few weeks ago. We shuttled bikes on a DH run in a Toyota Hilux. No tacomas here in brazil! The 2nd picture is a brazilian made buggy that uses Volkswagen beetle as a base. The bike is easily worth more than the car

can any Thicc Bois in here recommend some MTB pants? been looking around for a pair, tried the AT+ from HandUp, and while they were a really great pair of pants, the legs and butt don't have enough room for my thicc-ness.

looking for something technical, but with a casual enough look that I can wear them around for the day post ride, without looking like a DH-bro all day. (I had high hopes that the AT+'s would work for me, since that's their stated purpose :( )

Not nearly as nice as most of the full suspension bikes in this thread, but my Trek Marlin 7 matches my Cement Tacoma. No cool trail pictures yet, so a driveway one will have to do.

I was looking for the same and had the exact same experience with the Handup AT+. Mine fit in the waist but through the butt/hips they are almost like a pair of cycling tights. I kept mine to ride in, they are stretchy enough to be comfortable to ride in but probably won't wear them as a regular pair of pants.

Unfortunately, I haven't found anything else.

yea that's exactly how it went for me. I ordered the Medium based on their size chart, which I was already suspicious of. Of course it ended up looking and feeling like it was painted on. So I ordered the Large, and though the waistband is even a little loose, the butt and thighs are still too tight, even for casual wear, let alone riding. The stretch was nice, but not enough/still too tight to ride in, I could barely do a quarter squat without it pinching my crotch and upper thighs. I'm pretty bummed, since I had high hopes for them, and then seeing them in person, the material and features were really nice. they would have been perfect for what I want if they fit me.

Old pic but we have the same vehicles. Wife rides a Roscoe, so similar bike stable too.

Great minds must think alike. My wife loves her CrossTrek more than any vehicle she’s had, and I have to say the same about my Tacoma. Pretty close to the same color in the right lighting as well.

I just bought her a Trek Marlin 6 in a small to try out mountain biking with me. I looked for a Roscoe for myself, but couldn’t decided between a Large or and XL when ordering new. This Marlin 7 popped up semi-locally barely used for a good deal and I jumped on it on partly because of the color. Still need to add a better 1x drivetrain, but added a PNW dropper post and it’s been treating me pretty good so far.

Damn mine fit me well, and I use them for both riding and casual. You must be extra thicc.

I did have a tailor tell me when getting a pair of suit pants fitted that I would never have to worry about the old man flat ass..

I can wear the large, they are just snug through the seat. I didn't want to send them back and have to wait on the extra large to ship. Needed something for our 4 days of "cold" weather riding in NE FL.

    I've been called "Thicc with 3 C's."

My wife loves it, but shopping for pants can be a pain in my thiccc-ass, as evidenced by this debacle.

I don't have any (internet forum appropriate :D ) pics of my booty, sorry to disappoint, but if you'd like to see more, you can subscribe to my OF...

yea, that's how i got into this situation. I enjoy powerlifting as much as riding.

I went from Marlin 6 to Roscoe 7 and love the Roscoe. The dropper post and wheel/tire size is definitely a difference. Love the bike so far! I’ve had a repetitive issue with the rear derailleur, not sure if it’s a component defect or crash related.

I’d love to make the jump to a Roscoe, but locally (within a few hours of me) they sell used for close to new MSRP.

I’m on 29x2.20 tire and will probably go to a 29x3.0 or wider in the future. I just added a PNW dropper post, so if I swap over to a 1x drive train I’ll be as close to a Roscoe as I can get out of my Marlin 7. Minus the better geometry and suspension travel. Maybe one day!
