    Hello,
    I have a 2021 Tacoma Sr with the Sx package (3.5l V6)
I recently was gifted Mid Atlantic Off-roading imitation TRD pro fog lights. As you most likely know Tacoma SRs do not come with fog lights from factory. I have found many methods to install these fog lights, but the one I am trying is to tap into the H11 headlight connector, while others have spliced the wire I have found a splitter wire that I decided to try from ebay . Easy enough I unplug the headlight bulb, plug the splitter into the h11 connector, and plug the headlight back in to the end of the splitter and likewise with the fog light. The headlight lit right up as normal however the fog light did not (even though it 100% fits into a h11 connection). I even tried plugging both headlight bulbs into both splitter ends (incase it was the cheap ebay splitter that was bad.) and they both lit right up. Do I have broken fog lights? or am I doing something wrong? I did notice that the red wire on the splitter seems to be more on the black wires side on the fog light when connecting. Forgive me for my minimal electrical knowledge (and probably vehicle knowledge in general.) Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
Do you have a DMM? Check polarity on the H11 Y connector to the Fog lamp.

^^^^ This. LED's in general are polarity (+/-) sensitive. Many times the positive and negative wires are reversed and the LED will not come on.

That and the connector to the lamps is polarity swapped in the LOW vs HIGH.
