    My neighbor has a few OG made in the USA Proto tools that he wants to sell. I know there’s a bunch of tool guys on here so I figured I’d give it a shot and see if it got any bites since he’s not getting any hits on OfferUp. He’s an older dude so doesn’t know how to use the inter webs to sell stuff very well.

    lol, I know it is weird about the sockets. The story I’m told is that his best friend died and he got all of his tools. His best friend lived in Vegas. There was 3 tool boxes and he only brought the smallest one home. He’s leaving the other 2 boxes at his sons house who also happens to live in Vegas. These were some of the Proto tools that were in the box he brought home. The sockets are basically just extras at this point. Main selling point is the ratchets and the extensions

    Thanks, Ryan!!! Thought about this for my son, as I know about Proto (I have several older Proto tools) and if the socket set was complete or at least more complete I might have considered it.

    My Proto tools always outlasted my Snap-off tools. (In professional use.)
    I'd recommend them to anyone at anytime.
