Well no pictures or detailed color commentary of the happenings this time, but I did get the snowblower working again for cleaning up the waist high drifts in my driveway this afternoon. The engagement cable had stretched and needed to be adjusted. Took two hours to do the driveway, mostly 8-10 inches except for the four spots I had to eat through the 2-3 foot drifts. Definitely looking for a different solution next year, I had mustache/beardsicles down to my chest by the time I was done.

 

4" of hard packed, concrete like sleet....good times.

Over 2” of ice. Solid.
Took me an hour and hot water and a shovel to Clear 8 steps.
Can’t touch the drive.
So big deal…
In 60 days it will be clear anyway.
So knocked down the edges at the road to a 45°.
First time I could have used my Dakota in 12 years..
