The same guy had this 2001 Chevy Astro AWD that suffered some sort of mechanical failure, and he was desperate to get rid of it; I put him in contact with one of my friends who flips vehicles, and he ended up not being interested.

Somehow, this guy got it in his mind that I wanted to buy this piece of shit; He relentlessly hounded me on Facebook, even leaving comments on my posts that had nothing to do with cars, and neither of us had the other's phone number. John ended up having to step in and tell the drummer to lay off. This van had a clean title and was in okay enough condition to pass inspection, but it had rust, the A/C didn't work, and the whole reason he was trying to get rid of it was because it didn't run; He ended up scrapping that van and buying a newer van (I believe a Dodge Caravan).

As for the chain letters. I should be dead a 1000x over.

 

He didn’t upgrade too much better.
The only van worth buying IMO is a Odyssey or Sienna

Yeah but that would be like buying that vehicle and needing to sink more than the purchase price into it to make it somewhat usable.

Best case figure there's probably hazardous chemicals being used in there so you'll have to replace drywall anyway. Who knows what the rest of the major stuff (plumbing, electric) is like. That would be something a flipper would buy..if anyone.

 

A friend of mine also uses his page to promote the wrestling promotion he works in. Occasionally some random person likes a status of his I interacted on years ago. Not the same person each time though..

I try to limit mine to cats, Star Wars, and my second job. That said it's pretty damn good for free advertising.

 

I created a Facebook page just for market place.
But sold what I was selling before I actually posted it to facebook.
I have never made a post on Facebook. And only ever accepted 1 friend request.
And that’s mostly to piss off the people that don’t really know me. I figure, if you need me to be friends with you on a “Facebook”, I don’t need to be friends with you ever.

There are some houses in other states as well for very low price which allows you to rebuild it as new with your own stamp on it.

Especially you can change the layout... for example, "I want the kitchen in that corner, and living room in other end." So on.. Even the stairs relocation..

I heard someone sold the house to the buyer for 1 dollar but he/she is responsible for moving fees. That was years ago.
