    Hello,
Im not completely new to Toyotas. I had a 1992 "Pick Up" in the early 90's that I inherited from my Dad. My mom had a 1990 Corolla DX Wagon. Learned to drive on that car. Still miss it. It had 155,000 miles when she sold it in 2002 for a 2003 Corolla. She traded that in for a 20016 Camry.
Im currently driving her 2016 Camry that because my 2017 VW Jetta GLi was
totaled when someone T-boned me. Say what you want about VW. But that car saved my life and I will not forget that.

Im currently waiting for my 22 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 A/t to be built. Put down the deposit in late January. From the look of things in the market today. I might be waiting a while.

No. Unfortunately VW does not offer a pick up in the US market. I'm also not a fan of SUVs To be honest, I've always had in the back of my mind that
VW has long term reliability issues. Such as water pumps, and electrical issues. Most of which all happen AFTER warranty.
Besides, I have the true VW in my garage. My 1974 Super Beetle to continue my VW fun.

Very True. And believe me I remind myself of that when I take it on the road. Especially these days when people don't understand that a almost 50
year old car is NOT something you can tailgate, or expect to take off full throttle. But I can't let the car just sit there. Classics need to be driven, not sit in driveways and garages.
If I still had my 92 Pick up, I would drive that with a smile all day.
