Has anyone installed an electric fan successfully on the 3rd gen? With pictures? What kind of controller did you use? Thanks in advance.

No electric fan but I have air conditioning in my Taco. Being a cold-blooded MF I never use it myself but the wimmens require it in the summer.

I don't think I would bother. There is some HP drain via the mechanical fan, but the tradeoff is reliability. It might be a good thing if you were wheeling slow in hot conditions or towing, but you could also add a small pusher to the front of the radiator.
What is it you want the fan for?

Horsepower. I thought of a pusher as well. I have a Honda A/C fan I was thinking of putting on a switch with a relay. I like the linked setup but still not a perfect setup. I have run a fan setup off the a/c clutch engagement relay before on a past setup and it worked fine in the summer because the a/c was always on anyways.

I wonder how much gain there actually is. Interested in the outcome
