DRL tailgate strip?

I saw a 3rd gen tacoma a month or so ago, and they had a tailgate strip that seemed to have a DRL feature. As he drove it did the sequence (like the grill lights that have recently blown up for Fords on tiktok) but amber instead of white. Was wondering if anyone knew what brand or where to buy it? I don’t necessarily want it, was just curious as I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. Thanks

 

Are you talking about a tailgate light bar or something in the tail lights? If the bar, opt7 redline triple is the one that started the sequencing turn signals that also flash when you unlock remotely.

 

tailgate strip. and i dont mean the sequential signals, it was doing what the video shows on here Universal GrilleBar - Animated Startup LED Running Light and Sequentia (sparksmith.com) . Never seen one on the tailgate though. it had turn signals and brake lights too, but it did the sequencing continuously.

I haven't seen any like the Sparksmith ones you posted for the rear.

Are you looking for a Red/Amber version for the rear or Red/Amber/White??

 

I have one currently, its red amber and white with the sequential signals, but his sparked my interest and I thought I'd ask if anyone knew where it came from. Maybe its some kind of redneck backyard mechanic thing LOL
