Garlic Parmesan Burger with Fries.




What I can't figure out is how to capture in a single photo that the pretzle bun was toasted with butter and Parmesan Cheese, then the bottom bun was coated with Blue Cheese dressing, some shredded lettuce, and the burger was topped with shredded queso cheese, chopped bacon and some green onion or how the Crinkle cut fries were made in the air fryer and then seasoned with Lawry's Seasoning Salt.

 

Does Iphone have an aspect ratio? I can go to full view and takes wider pic. Im on Galaxy phone though.

 

Hahaha Will... I took the close up on purpose. I'm sure youve seen my phone can take pictures of the moon if I want.

You might have missed what I was trying to say. A photo can be worth 1000 words but it's VERY hard to capture all the work that goes into making amazing food.

I live right down the road from a wagyu beef ranch, always joke that they're my closest grocery store but it's true!

I’d love to try some of that beef but I’ve never had the opportunity.

 

Every Xmas my sister gives me a gift bag filled with specialty foods. This year it had a jar of these cherries. They are packed in cherry syrup and are phenomenal! The closest comparison would be to the cherries in B&J’s Cherry Garcia IC. The bright neon red ones don’t deserve to share the same name!

There are supposedly some really good online places you can order it from! One thing I'll say though, the ranch by me is obviously "American wagyu". Some people hate on it because it's not "real" (Japanese) wagyu which has even more marbling. Having had both, the Japanese wagyu really does have an awesome, unique flavor to it, but do not underestimate how rich it is.. I like rich foods (steaks included), but the Japanese wagyu is almost too much, certainly too much to finish an entire steak the size I posted. So IMO the "lower quality" American wagyu actually winds up being better because you can actually eat the whole dang thing.

 

I couldn’t keep it together and blew my wad, doing my Super Bowl ribs today instead of waiting for tomorrow. Not sorry.
