2017 quicksand trd 4x4 Tacoma

I have a built 22RE in a 1994. I have the SDS ECU with distributor delete and can’t get the truck to start. I have a lot of information but I figured I would see if anyone has had experience with this system or could point me in the right direction before I type out what is going on
