Ended up getting the Prinsu resealed by Michaels Toyota and *knock on wood* the leak has gone away. A few good nights of rain so far and no leaks. Appreciate everyone's suggestions.

This was the temporary solution that ended up saving my sanity until Mule was able to fix things up right. They went ahead and flipped the bolt correctly and replaced it with uncut hardware, now the truck rides like a dream (again.)

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Hit n miss with Michaels on work, sometimes they nail it and sometimes they are out in left field.
Give it a few more weeks when we get soaking rains after the cold nights, you'll know if the reseal was done correctly.

I ordered the Spidertrax 1.25 so I’m just waiting for them. My question is about the locktite. Everyone says put some on and then in about 100 miles retorque them again. If it takes 2 days to get my 100 miles wouldn’t retorquing them break the bond of the loctite making it useless?

Use loctite and torque to spec. Don't re-torque. If you have concern about them coming loose, get a thing of Viz Torque. Its a tamper marker that is used on things like oil drains, control arm bolts. You shouldn't have any issues if the spacer is properly seated and torqued to spec with loctite.
DO recheck the lugnuts holding the wheels to the spacers as those don't get loctite.

You add Loctite and torque to spec.

Then after 100 miles you torque to 5# below spec to ensure tightness but avoid breaking the Loctite.

You guys have any experience with the shops listed below? Pricing the diff and t-case flush, I'm at about $200 with redline stuff on Amazon and haven't priced the tranny fluid out. I feel pretty confident in doing the diff an t-case myself but for the price it may just be worth it to take it to a shop and save me the work.

Leaning towards Munson's but if any of you have recommendations or experience, I'm all ears.

-Integrity Auto - SE Portland - Quoted $460 ($280 for trans and $180 for diffs and t-case), said they use 75w-90 full synthetic but didn't give me the brand for diffs and tcase.

-Munson's Independent - Vancouver - Quoted $407+tax ($170 for trans and $237 for diffs and t-case), said they use all toyota brand fluids.

-Ron Tonkin Toyota in Portland - Quoted $570 ($319.95 for trans and $250 for diffs and t-case) and said they use oil weight that shows from VIN# so the 75-85 in diffs and 75w in tcase. The thing is the parts dept is the one who told me, but when I spoke with the service tech, he didn't know.

-Japanese Auto Repair - waiting for call back

-Pearl Auto Service - waiting for call back.

Took my gf's car to Integrity Auto several years ago for some routine maintenance. Next day the water pump pulley broke while we were driving out to the coast. Coincidence, I don't think so. Owner didn't claim any responsibility. Never went back there again.

My trucks nothing crazy but I just don’t like bringing it to the dealer since building it. I frankly don’t trust most dealer techs to do anything that isn’t completely by the book, even removing aftermarket skids. Last time I was at one for a TSB they wouldn’t leave me alone about my alignment. No shit it’s not to factory spec, it’s lifted with adjustable UCAs and an off road alignment done by one of the best shops in our area. Leave it alone.
