    This cant be a coincidence.
    4th Radiator in 2 years

    2019 Tacoma
    Short daily driving commuter

1st radiator was replaced after a minor wreck. (insurance covered)

    Less than a year later
2nd radiator leaking to bone dry at a few connection points no true answer as to why.
    $1000 to replaced by Toyota.

    Less than 1.5 months later
3rd radiator leaking from a “puncture” to the rear of the unit
$1000 Toyota replaced see my previous post in this group:

Less than 6 months later 4TH radiator leaking at the entire bottom of the unit in the video you see below.

Anyone else close to this same problem?
The parts and labor verbiage isn’t very positive:

“If a part fails because it was improperly or incorrectly installed, the warranty does not apply.”
“The Toyota part warranty does not include reimbursement for any labor costs associated with removal or installation. This coverage is only available for Toyota dealers who sell and install the part(s).”

Why do you hate your radiator so much? jk, but I gotta ask, do you put your truck through the ringer? Could be something causing so many consecutive issues with your radiator. I'd say your issue is not common. You did mention a minor wreck, and a lot of times it can cause tweaks to existing parts and then you ruin into constant issues like you are having. My guess, the wreck triggered most these chain of events and you are just the unfortunate victim of it all. Sorry man.

Montana, I may have single handedly raised Toyota stock with the amount of money I’m throwing at them.
I don’t drive this truck hard, as it’s my daily commuter, the commute is only 10 miles away on pavement.

You have a point about the wreck (Deer 1 - Tacoma 0) That is the reason why I took the repairs to Toyota. It certainly is disheartening and I can’t say that I’m confident that they will cover this new radiator especially after the one that was only 1.5 months old.
Embrace the suck, there is no way 4 radiators do this in 2 years.

Sounds like something to do with the wreck causing your problem, something is tweaked somewhere.

Jake, it was minor. Deer got up and ran off.
Toyota did all the work with OEM each replacement. Not sure what else we could have done to prevent this. With the most recent replacement, there is a chance that it was a bad part or install

Radiator fittings are finicky. Hopefully you won't have this problem any longer. Sorry to hear about all this man, I know it sucks. Stupid deer.

I would say have them pressure check the system and let it sit for a few hours. Something is not right.
