Meatloaf with salsa instead of catsup & bacon is the only way for me

 

Meatloaf it all comes down to who makes it and how it is made .

Some even my Dog would walk away from!!

I don`t do the gravy thing I use Catsup or barbecue sauce

Myself I like a 50-50 mix of Elk or Moose and Pork been many years since I had that blend

The best Meat Loaf I ever had was a coworkers wife born and raised near Glacier National Park I never could talk her out of the recipe She said it was Magic It very well might have been.

 

What Gas stations my Local Sunoco has a mute button .

I don`t think Valero does.

Thx Shane, I'm getting some blood this morning. It usually makes me feel a lot better . Wife says I'm walking better and not shaking as bad. I'm feeling pretty good today.

I spent 5 hours and 100 pounds of rock salt over the last two days chopping ice and shoveling compacted snow hard as cement -- mowing sounds really nice right now. Enjoy for us Northerners!

Good morning everybody. Friday is upon us!

 

This meat loaf was made with sage sausage, ground beef tenderloin and ground buffalo and was covered in a smoked tomato honey glaze…..

 

Looks great!

 

I make my meatballs with a mixture of pork and beef. One time I entered a contest here on TW and after curing a pork belly, I stuffed the inside with my meatball mixture and smoked the whole thing... so it was virtually a meatloaf on the inside.. but it was also a bacon wrapped giant meatball LOL

Haven't taken the time to make the meatball mixture into an actual meatloaf though.. no doubt in my mind it would be WAY better than some of the shit that people refer to as meatloaf though.

 

It’s kinda got a bad rep. over the years but made with quality ingredients it turns out pretty good. Veals sometimes hard to get hold of but I usually stock up.
