I have a 2021, 4x4 off road taco and recently did a gear swap to Nitro 5.29 gears in the diffs, My rear diff keeps leaking and ive had to take it to the shop 3 time in 2 weeks to have the seals fixed. Is there anything that could cause the diff to leak oil like this.

Where is it leaking? Too much freeplay in the pinion can cause this. Damage to the diff housing possibly. Who knows.

Did you get an air locker? Are they using a new OEM gasket? Are they coating the OEM gasket in the red FIPG? Are they giving that 24hrs to cure?

It looks to be coming out of the top of the pumpkin. with the 5.29's and stock 31inch tires, could it be spitting oil out of the breathers

If it's coming out of the breather, it's probably just overfilled and it's possible that the new gears wearing in is generating extra heat which is pressurizing the axle.
