    Ugh
    Long night.
Felt fine-ish yesterday. Went to bed around 10 like normal. Woke up at 1 with my back and hips killing me. Got up and took some ibuprofen. Tossed and turned for 3 or more hours. Finally got some sleep after that but I feel like a zombie.
No idea what set my back off. Worked a lot this week and didn't move around much but I just saw my chiro on Wednesday. I'm usually in pretty good shape after he does what he does.

@MTgirl That sucks and can relate. No sleep+why is it sore+work=zombie mode. Luckily mine is muscle and not nerve or arthritis/disc so it's the heating pad until it breaks up.

Better luck in an hour or two for ya.

From yesterday, kinda missed me in the pict but wanted to show yep, I do work on my Taco. Skid plate wasn't too bad - hit it with PB the day before and yes, that is oil though I think it's more like 'sludge'. Flush, 2 filters, ZMax, done for 30K miles. Haven't started the top end cuz it's 43º with the wind right now.

i need a solid 7 hours to feel rested. getting 3 and 3 with a 3 hour break inbetween isn't cutting it
and all that tossing and turning upsets my stomach somehow
back problems are either doing too much or not enough. was super busy at work and wasn't taking many breaks so i'm sure that set it off. been trying to move around as much as i can today - mainly cleaning house.

hoping i can get some better sleep tonight.

also, someone remind me later that i got the door of the camper open. supposed to be in the 40's here today, letting it air out so it doesn't get that stagnant smell to it.

@Marty65 not sure if humidity/condensation is a problem for your camper but this little thing is awesome. really wished i'd had it last spring when i was out and it rained for a week straight.
as it absorbs the moisture in the air the little beads inside change from orange to blue. then you plug it in to an electical outlet to dry it out and they turn orange again once its dry. hang it back up and its good to go again. i have one in the camper and it seems to be enough for the square footage i have, bigger campers need at least a couple

So buddy asked me to go ice fishing with him.
Spent all week getting my stuff ready.
    Haven’t been in 20 years..
never have had a flag or caught one when I went so I just stopped.

    4F87305F-9019-403B-89B5-E61AFC8F22DC.jpg

    Until today.
Had two flags and actually caught a Pickerel..
Before the howling wind came up it was perfect.
So grabbed our gear and came home.
    Had a great time.
Another fishing adventure next Sunday so will tweak my stuff and
    Try again next week.
