    Hello everyone,

I have a 2006 Tacoma V6. I discovered while I was driving on the freeway, my engine started to violently
Shake. My check engine light also turned on. I pulled over and park in a lot, and the truck still shakes while idle. I was able to make it home and tried replacing the spark plugs to see if that might be the problem. I a lot of oil in the spark plug well (driver side engine). The passenger side was completely dry. Has anyone had this issue before or know of a possible solution for this? Any help
    Is appreciated. Thank you.

If you have oil in the spark plug tubes your valve cover gaskets are leaking, it's a relatively easy repair.
It would be a good idea to replace the coil boots as well since they were exposed to oil.

The oil is causing a short thru the plug boot, fix the oil leak, thoroughly clean or replace boot and most likely plugs too.
    You'll have your truck back!
