    Yeah, that's funny! NOT the charcoal I use in the filter. Actually HEB put those 20lb bags of charcoal on sale for $3.46 a bag back in 2019 for Memorial Day if I remember correctly. That was one cart of three hauls I made. I ended up with 40-60 bags, I don't remember exactly. There is still a bunch of bags out in the shop. I haven't seen it on sale that cheap since. Charcoal has gotten expensive.

    I work for Chemical Guys at the local Detail Garage. Best cleaning and detail supplies on the market hands down!

    Chemical Guys aren't really expensive. A great ceremic coating bottle might set you back $20 for example, but that is for several washes. A great bottle of Chemical Guys Mr Pink is $9.99, along with most soaps, and still gets several washes.

    See my second comment.

    I've done detailing semi professionally, I use a pressure washer, a lot of the paint corrections I've done involved paint damaged by pressure washers.

    Yes there's a right and wrong way to use them, thing is most people don't know the right way unless they've been taught.

    Good call. I actually deleted my post just after I hit the post button because you are right, you CAN damage your paint with a pressure washer. You didn't say you WILL damage your paint which was the spirit of my response. I should have thought it over a bit more before posting.

    Chemical guys in a foam cannon. It works on a garden hose and you can quick release the bottle and use as a sprayer. I guess I don't get dirty enough to feel like I need to drag out the pressure washer and set it up. And I feel like a hand wash with a microfiber mitt cleans better than just spraying.

    I used this stuff the instead if the Blue Dawn, it did OK. I'll give using the proper soaps a go. I never even thought about it before.

    For some time I've been using Zaino on my vehicles. It first starts with clay bar, followed by three other products. The third product is the gloss enhancer (at the right in the first picture) that I lightly spray on and wipe off after each wash to the front (I live in the midwest with plenty of bugs). Zaino specifically has their own mild soap as to not strip off the polish while washing. I usually find that a standard garden hose removes anything with having the polishes coating the paint ... no pressure washer required.

    The first two pictures below are of a 16 year Jeep that I've used Zaino on almost since the beginning. People commonly ask if I've had the Jeep repainted?

    Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
    I bought my first Zaino back in about 2002 to do my Ranger and my brand new F150 SCrew Lariat 4X4. That stuff was the shizzz! I had leather interior and used their leather cleaner/conditioner, too. Tell me you have used that?! The smell of that stuff is pure leathery heaven!
    :amen::bowdown:
    I wish I had leather in my TRD just as an excuse to buy Zaino again! That stuff is an excellent product on its own. I had a solid 13 year streak with all the Zaino stuff and after making some car & truck changes, for some odd reason I just got away from it. I think I quit caring when we went through a phase of commuters for my wife.

    I have to say that now, after working with this new 'over the counter' Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic, Zaino has nothing over it in end result or ease of application. Jury's out on longevity for now since it's new to me which is a plus in Zaino box but given the Hybrid Ceramic is so stOOpid easy to apply, a guy could wax his car after every stinkin' wash so I don't see longevity ever being a problem! Actually you can every wash with the Hybrid Ceramic spray on (blue sprayer) that I just bought and tried but I definitely prefer the traditional application of the Hybrid Ceramic (antifreeze green container) liquid hand application product.

    Has Zaino delved into a Ceramic product these days?

    I use a pressure washer with a chemical guys foam cannon and their honeydew snow foam wash. I also use their wash mit and the woolly mammoth drying towel. A few times a year I will follow up with the turtle wax hybrid ceramic quick detail and that works great. I have not clay bared the truck yet but probably will this year. When I do that I use a huge amount of dish soap and wash it down then go back over it with an iron remover spray and then rinse. Next is the clay bar and dish soap and then another rinse and then onto the ceramic coating.
