Hello, couldn’t find a specific thread answering this.

I am looking to go just one size bigger to the 265 75 16, up from my 265 70 16.

TSS functioning perfectly is important to me, so I’m trying to figure out, essentially that tire will give me 1” extra of height. For those of you who did lifts or tire upsizing, what was the point when TSS stopped working?

Is it calibrated so sensitively to where I would have an issue, or do you have a few inches of wiggle room before you need to move the sensor down or give up on it working?

If it helps, I have the new trail edition so I’m factory lifted 1.1/.5 and I have factory heritage grille.

The net change is 1/2 inch lift not 1 inch.

I have 2.7" suspension lift + 2" from 35" tires + 0.4" from a replacement grille = 5.1" higher. TSS continues to function without any caution lights or warning messages. Adaptive cruise, pre-collision warning, and lane departure alert continue to work. Calibration is probably off from FSM limits though.

My 2021 Sport has 0 issues with it. Lifted 3.5 with 265/70/17, everything works normal.

Between my 1.5" suspension lift and bigger tires that netted another 1.5" ( 3" overall ), I've had no issues.

Awesome, this is really good feedback! I figure that we can assume it functions safely and properly until the error code throws.

Oh yeah I messed up that math thanks for pointing it out. The tire itself is 1” taller in diameter, but that only nets .5” lift?
