I'd like to know this for my SR. It's hard to know what's doable and what ain't in the low grade Taco's.

Mines been on since Oct, I highly recommend checking the hold downs. I happened to open my tailgate today and 2/4 were super loose.

Those of you that have hardwired your dashcam, which fuse did you tap into? I'm not looking to have it on all the time, just when ignition is on.

I personally used the wiper fuse under the dash. I was hesitant to use the ECU or airbag fuses. But, if you use a fuse tap, you just need to choose one that is on with ignition, which you probably already knew.

I don't know but the mirror cover pops off with a little persuasion and a trim removal tool. You can find out pretty quick.

This only works if you have the fancy nancy rear view mirror with the compass and Homelink. The lowly SR doesn't have this so I had to run wires down to the fuse block on the drivers side. Didn't want to cut or tap into wires so I used a fuse tap. Then I had to order a MESO fuse block cover because the OEM wouldn't fit over the fuse tap.

Thanks. I'm assuming our fuse blocks are left side line, right side load if your looking at it straight on?

You might not want to read this but Motevec from Rock Auto are SPCs for $400. There is a thread on here with a part number for the correct ones. I bought some in December and they are the newest version come with SPC instructions, stamped etc. Just in a different box.

Yup idling will do that, since you are burning gas going nowhere the computer mpg's go way down. Taking the range numbers down with it, not really accurate. The other day I fill up jump on the highway, my range was 277 roughly, after driving 25 miles it was still in the 260's.
