Okay, a quick look on a small screen told me that was a gear on the shaft... neber mind.

 

Huh... I thought that would have been pretty entry level stuff for your shop.

A friend of mine rolls these, he's the guy I did the loader repair on last year and didn't charge him anything, when our goats run out of hay he loads me a bale of hay and doesn't charge me anything. It's a win win for both of us

Yet another day of carnage. The reduction/transfer gear that connects the servo motor+encoder to the belt, locked up tighter than an engine without oil. Burned up the servo motor since it kept trying to turn the gears. Encoder is the only piece that survived. Excuse the soda, it's all that was left in the vending machine.

I'd be dancing a jig if it was Mr. Pibbs, but we don't get that up here. I don't drink much soda, but when I do....

 

I like Mr. Pibb better than D.P. but you don’t see it that much around here either. I don’t drink many sodas anymore, gives me heartburn now.
