Does anyone know if you can add a pull handle to Drivers side Pillar?

There is not a drivers side door pocket? Is that what you are saying?

 

Kaizen is what they tell the outside world as being an "Improvement". On the inside that so called improvement is a reduction in Cycle Time, parts reduction, or weight savings. Eliminating the Grab Handle falls under all 3 Categories.

 

No pouch behind the driver's seat... at least not on my Limited.

 

Same problem here. Been floating ideas around without looking then I seen this clip in that video. Cant you just bolt a strap to this 10mm bolt. Throw one of these tow/hook strap dangles?

Is the Taco exported/sold in a RHD country where that would be their passenger side and could just replace the pillar cover that way?

 

My understanding is that the Tacoma is North America only... other parts of the world get the Hilux.

 

Has anyone tried this? Very tempted.

 

I believe the mounting points are still there. Cost cutting would be my guess

 

Nope. Only in NA. I wish they sold it here that way i didnt have to hustle shipping over here and newly register it.

 

Problem is I see a lot of people pulling on the wheel to get in. Not good in the long run imo.
