    Hi, I'm a new member (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/new-member.724961/) and I found something in the buy/sell that I'm interested in. Without having the prerequisite 50 posts to post in the buy/sell forum, can I private message the seller about an item? Also, can I post things for free in the regional forums?

    Yes you can message the seller. If you're giving away something for free you can post in the regional without the usual requirements

    you're more than welcome to utilize the buy/sell forums, interact, and buy from a seller. The 50 post minimum is aimed at not being able to create a listing as a seller before you have 50 posts. This weeds out scammers (mostly) and protects the rest of the forum.
