So this has been a fun design project. I decided that my truck needed some branding. My friend's daughter nicknamed it the “Blanco Taco” years ago and the name stuck. I brushed off my old Illustrator skills to create a custom logo derived from the original Tacoma logo and printed it on T-shirts, hoodies and the truck itself:

1999 Prerunner single cab. With a BO7A rear end
All kinds 3 inch body lift/2 1/2 suspension lift. 31/11 1/2/15 tires All work done by myself for years. The only work performed by mechanic was fuel pumps. I also have a 90 Mustang 350 hp and I can never understand how come my Tacoma gets more respect Just got a 99 Jeep TJ that I rebuilt, and painted in the garage
Should have made it a little bigger on the truck. Like three inches

Bigger would've been too much I'd say, I like the dimensions.

The dimensions are the exact height of the original decal, flush with the right corner position of the original decal. I triple check it :) Part of the idea was that this should look as much like the original as possible.

It's funny, but I printed up a slightly larger version (all on my daughter's Cricut printer) just to see what it would look like. To me, it was too large.

How’d you get the style of font like that? Is it on the program? If so, what’s the font name?

There isn't a font for this, as far as I can tell. I had to create certain characters freehand in Illustrator. I imported the existing logo and where I could, I reused existing letters in the logo, like A, C, and O. With others, I created them based on the similar characters, for example I derived the N from the M. The hardest one was the B (also derived from the M). It took a while, but it was fun to use my graphic design skills again!
