    Hey y’all,
So I just found out why my parking brake won’t release on my 98 5 speed manual and need some help. So there is the “parking brake cable” which runs from the lever in the cab to a spring loaded arm. The arm has another cable attached to it with a threaded adjustment which runs to the rear, splits in two and attaches to the bell cranks. This second cable has some wicked drag on it and I have to yard on where it splits in two to get it to release. I haven’t been able to find a replacement or even the name of it anywhere. Does anyone know if they sell replacements or a trick to get it running more smoothly. Much appreciated
    Dean
