A couple things. I was greasing the u joints and stumbled upon this mess. I'm thinking that the main leak here is the transfer case output shaft seal? Also it looks like the t case itself has some leaking out the bottom? And there's some random wire dangling from the black unit there. Any info would help thanks.

That’s the 4wd actuator vacuum line, prolly dried n cracked and came off that nipple you see on the black thing

Rear t case output shaft seal

The leak at the case seam is small, make sure the bolts are tight in that area, fix the output shaft seal, and clean and monitor would be my .02

Vent hose for the Transfer Case Actuator you need to fix that ASAP to keep water and dirt out of it, vacuum tubing of the same size would work fine.
Output shaft seal is leaking but doesn't look bad neither does the other leak that appears to be the seam between the 2 case halves, you should be ok running like that until you can get it fixed as long as you keep an eye on your transfer case fluid level.

If anyone's interested, fixed the hose by cutting a small bit off.20220301_113628.jpg 20220301_114103.jpg

I think you're going to pretty quickly discover that the whole vacuum hose was equally dried out and that shortened section will crack too in very short order. Why not replace the entire hose instead and avoid future problems?
