Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words. Really like the swing outs. Just kinda fell hard for the Outgear Solutions Bumper with the tilt. If not, I would have a swing out too.

Same! I want the functionality of a roof rack to solve my kayak dilemma, but I just can't bring myself to like how they look. I'm pretty sure I am going for the Frontrunner bars for my diamondback instead, once I get the kayak.

Just a guess, but they look like KMC wheels, possibly Grenade Crawl Beadlock in machined finish. Beautiful wheels and expensive.

Quicksand is in my top 3 for Taco colors. Very nice especially with an overland build!

Pulled the trigger on a lift / tires / wheels and absolutely love it. Rides amazing and no rubbing whatsoever

I had Sandy delivered from a dealership in TX and have had her for about a week....loving the Taco life now!
Really in love with this truck, and specifically got her because of the DCLB & Quicksand color.

Happy to be amongst like minded guys with the new truck, and especially guys with the knowledge on Tacos.
I've got BIG plans for Sandy, including a hard Tanneu cover, bed rack, and after the warranty runs out in a year, a full ADS lift w/LCAs, leaf pack, gears, OV tuner and some 285/75/17 MTs.

    Cheers!

Anyone out there got a DCLB QS - SR5 with a lift and 16" wheels I could take a peek at?
I see a ton of TRDeez ORs and such, and 17"wheels, but not a lot of SR5s.
Im looking to lift and go up in tire size, just hard to find one in a similar model.

Looking to get a 2" lift and go up to a 265/75, would like a real world example.

I’m thinking about getting wider fender flares. I have an off-road with a sport hood, and I’m torn between between getting black or going color matched. Anyone running wider color matched fender flares?

Last Saturday I traded in my quicksand 2017 sr5 4x2, for a quicksand 2019 off road 4x4. They let me keep my truck over the weekend to put it back to stock, they delivered my new truck Monday night and by Tuesday I had 90% of my parts back on. Only thing I didn’t keep was my eibach lift but will be doing a new lift soon.

Since Monday I also got my tint done, and added a .5” top hat spacer for a 1” front lift. That will hold me over until I figure out what I will be doing for suspension.

Smart move going to the 4x4. But I bet that SR5 would have been great if it were a 4x4 too.
