    Here is the thread for your exact question. Side note you mentioned the wheels you want in the tire size and not your wheel size. Yes, your wheel diameter is in the tire size but you can put many tire sizes on the same size wheel. You would want to just call them 16" x whatever width you want. Side note again, I wouldn't hold your breath...
