2013 drivers side door has lots of issues. Do I need a new door?!

Hey guys

so I have a new regulator new window clips and door check. Well when I went to start work on the door check I seen the following (see pics). How effd is this door and should I bother with the new check install with the shape this doors in?

You will have to make a new mounting for the new door check in the door. It appears that the door was sprung too many times.

Or get a replacement door.

 

I thought I could replace the clips. You have to replace the glass that comes shipped
With the clips installed. Is there any particular glass I should buy?
