2017 Tacoma SR utility speaker covers

So I have noticed that the 3rd gen Tacos that have rear speakers have factory speaker grill covers...my 2017 SR didn't come with rear speakers, so thus, it has a solid cover instead of a mesh grills. Does anyone know where I can purchase the OEM plastic mesh covers to replace the ones I have now? I've heard you can use a soldering iron to remove the old ones, and if that's the case I want to replace what I have now. As you can see, on the back side there is an odd, offset honeycomb style grill, but it's not the look I'm going for. Thanks in advance for any help and or information you can provide.
