Whining/high pitched/whistling/ noise coming from outside of truck.

So this is the best i can get in terms of sound, but it is much more noticable in person.
It seems to happen at around 60mph when i tap the gas pedal and sometimes happens on its own when deccelerating

noise concerns are often hard to track down because noise travels, especially when not in person and from a youtube video. It could be lots of things honestly. Would you say maybe it's originating from the rear end and maybe from the 3rd member/ring and pinion gear set? That noise can be associated with a failing pinion bearing at the 3rd member
