Has anyone done this? Or are there any suspension experts that could weigh in on the cons? The intent would be to get a heavy duty leaf pack so that the truck handles its payload better, but to lessen the amount of lift the leaf pack has on the truck to reduce driveline angles. Currently I'm looking at a dobinsons 111-R pack for a second gen which would put me at like >2.1in lift which means I'll have to lift the front of the truck and do the ECGS bushing (going to anyway) and UCAs (which are v expensive) to do it right.

...Not that I've found anyone who makes a longer shackle which works with the stock hanger, but maybe its a good exercise for the TacomaWorld hive mind to ponder.

    Thanks in advance :)
