Forgive me if this has been addressed or is of no concern
I ordered ARB EL112R leaf packs
like many others they were shipped with no packaging... (understandable)
Some of the plastic clips on the bracket are broken Ive found they sell these as a kit
How do you install them or replace and secondly it looks like several of the brackets are not centered... is this normal.. is there a way to adjust them i removed the cross bolt in an attempt to center them but they dont budge
picture attached to show what I mean

That should center up if you use a hammer but won’t hurt a thing to leave it as-is. It’s just there to keep the leafs aligned.

Get some lube between the leafs before install so they don’t squeak.

They do say that the new ones have antisqueak liners between the leafs... Im just curious about their orientation how they sit. I tried to hammer them center to no avail but if its cool as is I'll leave it. I just cant find anything on how to replace and install the broken plastic clips ... looks to keep the metal of the leaf from rubbing metal of the brackets.

Hit them harder if you want them at a perfect 90. They’re attached to the leaf with a large single rivet. No need to loosen center pin to do that.

Do some digging on here and YouTube and you’ll get all the tutorials and videos you want with install tips & instructions

Have you reached out to OME? Mine were aligned but a few of the plastic liners were “chipped” as in tiny parts of them had broken off in shipping. I didn’t see any problem with it and 30,000 miles later I’ve had no reason to believe any different.

To replace the yellow squeak pads you need to clamp the pack, loosen center pins enough to get a gap, and slide it in. A pry bar will help. Even with those all intact you will probably have squeaking so lube them.

You are also able to inject grease into those pads from the bottom up periodically to keep them lubed and quiet. Most of them are accessible after install.

Use a block of wood and a 5lb mini sledge. Should move.

Good idea. You’ll need to match the force of a UPS guy dropping the whole pack from waist high. They were probably perpendicular when they where assembled.

Old long flat screwdriver or pry bar. Pry and remove. If the springs are on the truck, remove weight first.
