New Member, Soon to be New Toyota Owner

Hey everyone, new guy here.

I dropped into my local Eastern Mass. Toyota dealer on 2/7/22 and put a deposit down on a new Tacoma. The dealer and I spec'd it out as an OffRoad shortbed, MT in Lunar Rock. I was told expect it in 3-4 months, and they'd be calling me with a build date at some point before then. I test drove a secondhand one they had on the lot, and liked the truck, but the dark green color just didn't agree with me personally.

I'm trading in a 16 Silverado and am a little nervous about going to a smaller truck, but my home remodel/renovation is basically all done, so I won't be loading sheets of plywood or stacks of 2x6x12s anymore. Also, my wife just picked up her new Bronco 2dr MT, so there's a whole lot of new vehicle envy going on! I can't wait to drive my new Tacoma home and start building it out.

Never owned a Toyota before, I have only owned "domestic" trucks, from each of the Big Three but obviously can't deny the reputation, and everyone I talk to absolutely loves them. I'm excited to check out the Tacoma!
