Could be. I notice lean to one side when looking at pics too but it's usually because of my stance, not the trucks.

I'd still give it a check though.

Pretty hard to not notice a broken axle when driving though... Or I'd like to think it should be... Social media and the internet likes to prove me wrong a lot though. Seeing duck tape holding wheels together isn't even surprising to me anymore.

Look at it like this. May barely look a hint more tilted than the passenger side but its not a whole lot. That side of the axle could be rolled forward more too if the leaf pack is broken causing it to look that way. Or it could be the axle or even a wheel bearing. Ive just not heard anything really on axle issues. They seem pretty strong. I would guess the leaf pack would give before the axle would. But i could be wrong. Been wrong before lol

I wasn't really convinced of the tire tilt at first, but check the first pictures out again. OP is measuring from the outermost tread block on the driver's side, and measuring from the middle tread block on the passenger. Can't say for certain that proves the tilt, but could definitely explain at least a little bit of why the measurements are different:
edit: looking again, I guess OP is measuring from the same tread block in both pics, but it looks like he's having to really angle that tape measure to get there.

Yea I didn’t notice that until you pointed it out but it would make sense with the bed sagging down too. If you think about when your off-roading, when your truck back tire is tucking, as it get further in the wheel well its moves in. I have -20 offset on 12.50s and my tire sticks out almost 2” on level ground but when my wheel is tucked its almost completely inside the wheel well

M/T tires and a 6" block lift on a daily driver with a Truck Nutz level hurrr durrr license plate... This is the kind of Tacoma World content I've come to know and love.

Wait till you get the bill to correct this. If this is your daily driver perhaps consider going a lot easier on it. Your wallets gonna walk sideways for a month.

Always amuses me when guys get a stock truck and start screwing with lift kits to get 33-35" tires on it to look cool and soon find they have a plethora of issues wide ride, tire wear, etc. etc.
My feelings are if ain't broke don't fix it. If you're wanting to do serious offroad rocky stuff...expect problems and be ready to pull out $$$$$
